AMAZING B-CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTNER MERCHANTS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, registration, and use of the Amazing Batangas Card (“Amazing B-Card”). By purchasing, registering, or using the Amazing B-Card, the cardholder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Partner Merchant Eligibility
To qualify as an Amazing Batangas Card Partner Merchant, a business must meet the following requirements:

• Must be operating within Batangas Province
• Must possess a valid Mayor’s Permit and/or DTI registration
• Must have no existing or pending legal cases
• Must commit to providing agreed-upon exclusive discounts and privileges to Amazing Batangas Cardholders

2. Discounts and Rewards
Partner Merchants agree to extend the following discounts and rewards to Amazing Batangas Cardholders:

• A minimum of five percent (5%) discount on purchases made by cardholders
• The Partner Merchant may set a minimum purchase amount or spending limit for the discount to apply. This must be clearly stated and submitted to Amazing Batangas for mutual approval.
• Discounts offered to Amazing Batangas Cardholders may not be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers of the Partner Merchant.

3. Marketing and Promotion
Partner Merchants agree to the following terms regarding the marketing and promotion of the Amazing Batangas Card and their business:

• Partner Merchants grant Amazing Batangas permission to use their business name, logo, images, and relevant information for promotional purposes related to the program.
• Partner Merchants are required to display the Amazing Batangas Card table talker and other promotional materials provided by Amazing Batangas at their front desk, cashier area, or reception.
• All marketing promotions to be posted on Amazing Batangas social media accounts and Facebook Group are subject to review and approval by the Amazing Batangas Admin prior to publication.
• The Partner Merchant shall provide Amazing Batangas with promotional posters, complete promo details, and suggested captions, which will then be shared with cardholders through Amazing Batangas’ official social media channels.
