B-Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, registration, and use of the Amazing Batangas Card (“Amazing B-Card”). By purchasing, registering, or using the Amazing B-Card, the cardholder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Card Ownership and Validity
The Amazing B-Card remains the exclusive property of Amazing Batangas and is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The card may only be purchased through official Amazing Batangas channels, including the Amazing Batangas website, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and authorized kiosks. Reselling, lending, sharing, or transferring a registered Amazing B-Card to another individual is strictly prohibited.
The Amazing B-Card is valid for lifetime use starting from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated by Amazing Batangas. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards are non-replaceable and require the purchase of a new card.
2. Card Usage
To avail of any discount, promotion, or privilege, the Amazing B-Card must be presented prior to payment at participating partner merchants. The card is intended solely for the personal use of the registered cardholder and may only be used for one personal transaction per purchase or billing instance.
The Amazing B-Card may not be combined with other promotions, loyalty programs, vouchers, or special offers unless explicitly stated by the partner merchant. Cardholders must comply with all terms, conditions, and policies imposed by individual partner merchants.
3. Discounts, Rewards, and Priveleges
Registered Amazing B-Card holders are entitled to exclusive discounts starting at five percent (5%) at all participating partner merchants. Certain merchants may, at their discretion, offer higher discounts, seasonal promotions, or additional rewards. All offers are subject to change without prior notice and may be verified through the Amazing Batangas Partner Merchant Listing.
Discounts apply exclusively to regular-priced items and services and may only be availed by the registered cardholder. Discounts may be used once per day at a particular partner merchant unless otherwise stated. Birthday E-Vouchers, when applicable, must be presented to selected partner merchants and are non-convertible to cash. Birthday E-Vouchers are valid only at selected Amazing Batangas partner merchants and will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address.
The Amazing B-Card discount may not be used in conjunction with government-mandated discounts, including Senior Citizen discounts under Republic Act No. 9994 (Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010) and Persons with Disability (PWD) discounts under Republic Act No. 10754. Senior Citizens and PWDs may still avail of Amazing B-Card discounts on items or services not covered by government-mandated discounts. Purchases entitled to the mandatory twenty percent (20%) Senior Citizen or PWD discount are not eligible for Amazing B-Card discounts or points, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9994.
4. Data Privacy and Communications
By registering for the Amazing B-Card, the cardholder consents to the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data by Amazing Batangas for program administration, customer engagement, and marketing purposes. Amazing Batangas complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements reasonable and appropriate measures to protect all personal information.
Cardholders may receive emails, SMS messages, or other communications related to Amazing Batangas and its partner merchants. Cardholders may opt out of marketing communications at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability and Rights Reservation
Amazing Batangas shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury arising from the misuse, non-acceptance, suspension, or inability to use the Amazing B-Card at any partner merchant. Partner merchants are solely responsible for honoring the discounts, benefits, and privileges they have agreed to provide.
Amazing Batangas reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Amazing B-Card program or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Any cardholder found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions may have their membership suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of Amazing Batangas.
